Welcome to Live For Longevity Health Coaching! My name is Kortney and I can’t wait to meet you!

From a young age I’ve always found great joy when connecting with others. I love learning about the unique stories and journeys that each of us carries. I aspire for constant self-growth and truly believe most things are possible when we have the right resources.

At age 7, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Living with this disease for over 30 years has been impactful in countless ways. After years of stress and struggle I learned diabetes and being healthy is so much more than insulin and blood sugar control. Unfortunately, the medical world often does not know or does not take the time to show us the true way to our health and wellness.  I am here to change that for people seeking those answers.

​Achieving our optimal health and wellness requires first intentionality, then knowledge and guidance, a concrete plan, encouragement and support. As an ACE certified Health Coach, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and years of experience as a type 1 diabetic, I will help guide you through those aspects with collaboration, empathy, goal setting and resources you can use to make your health goals become reality. It's never too late to "Live For Longevity." I look forward to working with you and sharing the gift of lifelong wellness.
