Hi, I’m Kortney, an ACE- certified health coach and fitness nutrition specialist that focuses in metabolic health and diabetes management. I've been living with Type 1 Diabetes for over 34 years, which gives me firsthand understanding of the challenges, frustrations, and triumphs of managing blood sugar while living a full, vibrant life.

I've coached over 300 clients in the past four years, helping them reclaim their health, improve their energy, and build lifestyles they can sustain. My passion for coaching comes from my own journey - navigating chronic illness, managing stress, and overcoming setbacks while balancing work, parenting, and building a healthier, more empowered life.
